Marjorie Ann Pasma , age 94, entered into eternal rest on May 12,2025. Born December 24,1930 in Borculo, Michigan to John and Elizabeth Bouwman. At age 13 the family moved to California where she attended Ripon Christian School. After graduation she attended Highland Hospital in Oakland where she received her RN degree. She married Arnold Pasma on December 24, 1952 and they were married for 64 years until Arnold's passing on July 27, 2017. She worked as an RN for several years at area hospitals and served as President of Hospice of San Joaquin County as well as the Director of Nursing at Bethany Home. She was a charter member of Immanuel Christian Reformed Church where she started the Calvinette (GEMS) program. She and Arnold were very active with the Red Cross helping out at many disaster sites.

Marjorie leaves behind her children, Michael (Barbara) Pasma, Melinda (LeRoy) Costa and Tamara (Roger) Auwers, 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, brother Don (Alyce) Bouwman and sister Shirley (Alvin) Meiste, sister in laws Patricia Bouwman and Kris Bouwman. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers John (Bud) and Ron and sister Harriet Mulder.

 Visitation will take place on Friday, May 23 from 4–7 pm at Deegan Memorial Chapel, 111 S. Palm Ave. Ripon. A graveside service will be held at the Ripon Cemetary at 10 am on Saturday, May 24 and is open to all friends and family. A celebration of life will follow at 11 am at Immanuel Christian Reformed Church 517 Orange Ave., Ripon.
